EMERGENCY CARE
If you have an emergency that you believe risks life, limb, or eyesight, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Notify your primary care manager at the clinic within 24 hours via follow up clinic visit or phone call (719-333-5183) during duty hours, or (719) 457-2273 (Option 3), after duty hours.

If you are out of the area, you should notify TRIWEST (1-888-874-9378) and your primary care manager within 24 hours of the visit to the emergency department so that retroactive authorizations and cost coverage can be arranged.
